Scare Up Some Fun While Giving Domestic Abuse the Boot!
The weather is changing and the fall decorations are popping up. Why not come out for an evening of Family Fun in Mark SQuared Studios Fantasy House of Fun – a walk-through attraction filled with live actors, visual illusions and other fun surprises on Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31. The proceeds from this event will benefit The Purple Boots Foundation – an organization dedicated to celebrating the resiliency of survivors of intimate partner violence.
In this interactive funhouse, guest will walk into a funny/scary scene and continue through the short maze as characters in a short film. Karlotta Washington, the Studios Creative Officer says, “we have teamed with writers, artists, actors, make-up artists, sound engineers, and other creatives to immerse our guest in the story.” Guests can choose to have their episode in the Funhouse recorded Blair Witch style as a keepsake. Additionally, the studios backlot will be transformed into an exciting festival area featuring live bands, food vendors, free photos, festival activities, novelties and more.
Admission is $5 per adult; $3 for children 12 and under. Hours are 7pm to 11pm. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite. Information about “The Fantasy House of Fun” and volunteering to be a cast member is available by calling 404-397-8744. The event is sponsored by Mark SQuared Studios and Atlantanx.IBNXRadiio.com is a media partner.
